SHIPPING POLICY

At Naughty Dough, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our cookie dough, which is why we take special care in shipping our products frozen. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including methods, costs, and timelines. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Shipping Areas

  • Current Shipping States: We currently ship to North Carolina, New York, Illinois, and Washington, D.C.

  • Future Expansion: We're planning to expand our shipping areas, so keep an eye out for updates!

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Frozen Shipping: All products are shipped frozen to maintain their quality during transit.

  • Packaging: Orders are packed in frozen cardboard boxes with thermal liners and gel packs to ensure they stay frozen.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your package arrives within the week and avoids weekend delays.

  • Expedited Shipping: All orders are shipped via expedited services and should arrive within 72 hours of shipment.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Frozen Cardboard Box: $1.50 per box

    • Thermal Liner: $5.00 per liner

    • Container: $1.63 per container

    • Gel Packs: $2.00 per pack

    • Total Shipping Cost per Box: $10.13 plus any additional carrier fees (which may vary based on location).

4. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Since we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, orders placed after 12 PM ET on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 72 hours after the order is shipped, ensuring the dough stays frozen.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package and get updates on its delivery status.

  • Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the frozen nature of our products. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

  • Weather Delays: In rare cases, extreme weather conditions may delay your shipment. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.

7. Receiving Your Shipment

  • Delivery: We recommend being home to receive your delivery, as the cookie dough must be placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

  • Temperature upon Arrival: The dough should arrive frozen or cold to the touch. If the dough has thawed slightly but is still cold, it can be safely refrozen. If it arrives warm, please contact us immediately.

8. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
